<p><strong>Archimedes</strong> adalah jurnal yang menerbitkan karya ilmiah dalam bidang pengabdian dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. </p> <p><strong>Archimedes: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat</strong> merupakan jurnal pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang menjadi wadah ilmiah untuk pengabdian, dengan nomor yang tercatat <strong>E-ISSN xxxx-xxx. Archimedes</strong> adalah jurnal multidisiplin ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh STKIP Majenang.</p> <p>Penerbitan jurnal ini dilakukan dalam satu tahun, frekuensi terbitan <strong>dua kali terbit</strong> yaitu pada bulan<strong> Juni</strong><strong>, dan Desember</strong>.</p> <p><strong>Archimedes: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat</strong> yang difokuskan pada masalah umum atau masalah yang terkait dengan layanan masyarakat. Tujuan dari publikasi jurnal ini adalah untuk menyebarluaskan pemikiran konseptual atau ide dan hasil penelitian yang telah dicapai di bidang pengabdian masyarakat. KOMUNITA: Jurnal Pengabdian dan Pemberdayaan kepada Masyarakat, berisi berbagai kegiatan dalam menangani dan mengelola berbagai potensi, hambatan, tantangan, dan masalah yang ada di masyarakat. Implementasi kegiatan layanan juga melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dan mitra. <p>Indonesia’s Vision 2045 positions the development of high-quality human resources as a national strategic priority, with education playing a central role in achieving this goal. Teacher performance is a critical determinant of learning quality; however, it continues to face structural challenges, particularly the dominance of top-down curriculum design and limited teacher participation in policy formulation. This study aims to examine the influence of a participatory curriculum and practice-based teacher information on teacher performance, with professional teacher engagement serving as a mediating variable. A quantitative explanatory research design was employed, and data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to active teachers. The data were analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that both participatory curriculum practices and practice-based information derived from teachers’ classroom experiences have a positive and significant effect on professional teacher engagement and teacher performance. Furthermore, professional teacher engagement significantly enhances teacher performance and partially mediates the relationship between the independent variables and performance outcomes. These results indicate that curriculum policies grounded in teacher participation and empirical classroom information are more effective when accompanied by strong professional engagement. <p>A crucial strategy for preparing children in orphanages for the challenges of the workforce and higher education is developing soft skills through public speaking training. The purpose of this study was to assess the impact of public speaking-based soft skills training on the self-confidence, communication skills, and independence of children at the Al Hasanat Orphanage in South Jakarta. This community service program (PKM) targeted 33 children (12 from junior high school and 21 from vocational high school). The results showed that the interactively designed training, which involved hands-on practice, significantly improved the participants' public speaking skills, courage, and self-confidence. While junior high school participants began to discover their interests, although they remained general, vocational high school participants showed more focused development in career planning. However, key challenges lay in long-term career planning strategies and limited access to college information. The study found that a training method based on one-on-one discussions and hands-on practice was effective in improving the soft skills of children living in orphanages.</p>Devan RyandyAndi FebriyantoRian EvendiSelvia Anggi Anggraeni

<p><em>Financial literacy is an important competency for the younger generation to manage personal finances effectively. This Community Service Activity aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of children at the Yayasan Pembangunan Masyarakat Sejahtera (YPMS) Orphanage in personal financial management and the formation of early saving habits. The implementation methods include education, practice, and simple budgeting simulations using the envelope method based on the 50/30/20 allocation principle, as well as interactive evaluations. The results show an increase in participants' understanding in distinguishing between needs and wants, as well as in structuring financial planning. <p><em>Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are crucial to Indonesia's economy. One of the challenges faced by MSMEs is the lack of systematic financial reporting, which affects their operations and business sustainability. Kedai Mie Rara is an MSME in the culinary sector facing similar challenges. </em><em>Training in basic financial report preparation is one solution to address the issues faced by Kedai Mie Rara. </em><em>The training methods included socialization, education, practical training, as well as monitoring and evaluation.</em><strong> </strong><em>The training results showed an increase in understanding and skills in preparing systematic financial reports. However, some aspects such as the preparation of balance sheets and cash flow statements still require further assistance. <p><em>Metaverse merupakan evolusi dari internet yang akan datang, metaverse dapat membuat peluang baru untuk dapat menghasikan uang, dan dapat mengubah cara manusia dalam menjalankan usaha bisnisnya. Profile SMAs Darussyahid Sampang adalah media internet yang dapat membantu suatu sekolah untuk memperkenalkan identitas serta kelebihan yang dimiliki pada sekolah yang bersangkutan kepada masyarakat luas melalui dunia metaverse. Dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan dan perkembangan metaverse pada profile SMAs Darussyahid Sampang dengan penampilan menarik dan sesuai dengan trend yang ada. Maka dari itu profile SMAs Darussyahid Sampang harus dapat mewakili serta mempresentasikan identitas tentang sekolah SMAs Darussyahid Sampang, sebab era sekarang ini adalah era metaverse. Peneliti bermaksud mempromosikan profile SMAs Darussyahid Sampang pada aplikasi berbasis metaverse. Selain menarik perhatian, profile SMAs Darussyahid Sampang dalam bentuk media lebih praktis. Seiring berkembangnya aktivitas belajar mengajar pada Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMAs) Darussyahid Sampang, maka sekolah akan memanfaatkan teknologi metaverse agar lebih cepat lebih mudah dalam mengakses kemampuan belajar bagi para siswa/i. Metaverse adalah sebagai tempat sumber informasi dalam internet, supaya sebuah informasi dapat terbentuk dalam suatu database, maka diperlukan sebuah Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality& Video yang dinamis. Metaverse sudah mulai dikembangkan diseluruh dunia. Indonesia dipastikan akan menghadapi transformasi digital ini. Hal yang terpenting bagi Indonesia dalam menghadapi kemajuan dan perkembangan teknologi metaverse.
