Applying appropriate financial management principles is very important to ensure that funds are used optimally, to support the quality of education, and to build trust among all stakeholders. This research examines the principles of financial management in schools, focusing on transparency, accountability, effectiveness, and efficiency in managing educational funds. This research uses a literature review method with data collected from various academic sources such as Google Scholar, JSTOR, and ProQuest. The collected data was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. Source triangulation was used to test the validity of the data. The results of this research underscore the importance of implementing the principles of transparency, accountability, effectiveness, and efficiency in school finance management. 1) Transparency ensures the disclosure of financial information to all stakeholders. 2) Accountability requires clear responsibility in the management of funds. 3) Effectiveness is determined by the extent to which funds support the achievement of educational goals, and 4) Efficiency emphasizes the optimal use of resources at minimal cost. By applying these financial management principles, schools can build trust, maximize returns on expenditures, and ensure that educational services are of high quality and sustainable. Data analysis was carried out using Liquidity Ratio and Solvency Ratio.</p> <p>The results of the study show that the level of Liquidity Ratio in the period 2019–2023 indicates the company's ability to meet its short-term obligations, which places BRI's financial performance in the good category. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, income, and investment risk on mutual fund investment decisions among Generation Z registered with the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI). This research employs a quantitative descriptive method with a causal approach to examine the cause-and-effect relationship between independent variables (financial literacy, income, and investment risk) and the dependent variable (mutual fund investment decisions). The study population consists of Generation Z investors who invest through KSEI, with a sample of 100 respondents selected using a non-probability sampling technique, specifically purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires as the primary instrument, supplemented by secondary data from journals, books, and other sources. The collected data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 29. This study aims to explore how companies’ managerial practices in managing digital sales transformation compare to existing prescriptive frameworks. Using a survey approach of 540 sales managers from the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and Italy, and a cluster analysis based on five key dimensions—strategic clarity, sales force replacement, sales force empowerment, implementation actions, and key performance indicators—this study identifies four typologies of companies: Digital Sales Transformation Leaders, Laggards, Enablers, and Replacers. The results show that the success of digital transformation is influenced by a combination of strategic clarity, targeted use of technology, and a focus on customer value creation. The approach used is a quantitative approach. In this study the data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports per semester provided by BMT. The data collection methods are interviews, observation and documentation. The variable in this study is the independent variable in the form of ijarah financing income. While the dependent variable is the total income of BMT. The analytical tool used in this research is simple linear regression. In testing the hypothesis using the coefficient of determination, f test and t test. The results showed that the coefficient of determination (R square) or the determining coefficient was 0.999. Simultaneously, it shows that ijarah income has a significant effect on total income with a significance level of 0.000. The research method used is quantitative, with questionnaires as the data collection technique. The population in this study consists of Grade X and XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Jatiwaras who study Economics, and the sample comprises 251 students selected using Probability Sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling techniques. The research results indicate a significant influence of learning discipline on learning outcomes, as well as the impact of the school environment on learning outcomes. Furthermore, the school environment moderates the influence of learning discipline on learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the effect of social influence and hedonic shopping motivation on impulsive buying behavior with financial literacy as a moderating variable in students of Departemenet of Management Class of 2024, Nusa Putra University. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey mwthod. The sample consisted of 105 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires, and analyzed using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that social influence, hedonic shopping motivation had a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying behavior. This study aims to determine whether Store Atmosphere and Experiential Marketing have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Alfamart Sadia I branch either partially or simultaneously. The data collection method uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in the study were all consumers of Alfamart Sadia I branch with a sample size of 96 people. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression, t-test and f-test.
