Islamic education theologically teaches gender equality based on the Qur'an and Hadith, yet its implementation faces significant challenges due to patriarchal cultural influences and gender-biased interpretations. The research employs a literature review method with a descriptive-analytical approach. Findings reveal that although Islamic teachings emphasize equal educational rights for all individuals regardless of gender, practices are often hindered by conservative social and cultural norms that limit women's educational access. Major challenges include patriarchal interpretations of religious texts, limited educational access particularly in rural areas, and insufficient awareness of gender equality in curricula. Required efforts include inclusive curriculum reform, gender equality-based teacher training, improved educational access for women, and removal of cultural barriers. The research approach used is qualitative with the type of library research. Data was obtained from various secondary sources such as books, national and international journals, and scientific repositories accessed through Google Scholar, Mendeley, and Garuda. The analysis was carried out in a descriptive-analytical and comparative manner, by examining the results of previous research on the relationship between variables. The results of the study show that managerial ownership has a positive effect on financial performance through the alignment effect mechanism between managers and shareholders. However, at a level of ownership that is too high, there is a negative effect (entrenchment effect) that can reduce the company's performance. Institutional ownership serves as an effective external oversight mechanism, where the proportion of ownership by financial institutions is able to improve managerial discipline and transparency. However, its influence depends on the level of active involvement of institutional investors in corporate supervision. Meanwhile, the capital structure has a varied influence on financial performance. The proportionate use of debt can increase profitability through tax efficiency and financial discipline, but excessive use of debt actually reduces performance due to increased financial risks. In general, the relationship between Corporate Governance, capital structure, and financial performance is complex and contextual, influenced by industry characteristics, company size, and ownership structure. The study concludes that the improvement of financial performance is not only determined by financial policies, but also by the effectiveness of governance and the balance of ownership structures. Communication between coaches and athletes is very important in the coaching process because this sport requires psychological endurance and strategic thinking skills. Through observation and interviews with coaches and female athletes, this study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results of the study show that two main communication patterns are used in coaching: directive and collaborative patterns. The directive pattern is used to provide technical instructions, analyze positions, assess strategies, and provide immediate corrections to athletes' mistakes during training. Meanwhile, the collaborative pattern emerges through two-way discussions, openness, empathy, emotional support, and the development of psychological closeness; these two patterns make athletes feel more comfortable in expressing their mental and strategic obstacles. This boosts athletes' confidence, mental resilience, and competitive focus. With good communication, training becomes more enjoyable, athletes are more involved in strategy analysis, and they are better prepared for the pressure of competition. The results of this study show that the quality of the emotional and intellectual relationship between coaches and athletes is an important foundation for building mental preparedness for competition. The primary rationale for this study is the increasing number of children with special needs in Indonesia and the complexity of parents' roles in supporting their development. This study employed a qualitative, descriptive phenomenological method involving three participants: parents of children with special needs in Banda Aceh City. Data were collected through interviews, direct observation, and document review, which were then processed using thematic analysis techniques. The results revealed that parents experience similar challenges, although their intensity varies depending on the age and severity of the child's condition. Furthermore, the parents' adaptations in this study were proactive and based on cultural values, enabling them to persevere despite significant challenges. Although VAT plays an important role in strengthening state finances, there are concerns about its regressive nature and its impact on the purchasing power of low-income citizens and the sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises . This research uses a qualitative approach with case study methods and semi-structured in-depth interviews with consumers (students and local residents) and MSME actors (grocery store owners) at MMTC Medan Market. This research focuses on how economic actors at the grassroots level respond to policy changes. The research results indicate that the increase in VAT rates serves as a trigger and intensifier of the decline in public purchasing power. Consumers are responding with defensive strategies such as limiting the frequency and amount of shopping, switching to cheaper goods, and as evidenced by the decline in merchant turnover. On the other hand, MSME actors are taking survival steps by absorbing the impact, which means holding back some of the price increases by reducing profit margins, dividing products into smaller sizes, and strengthening relationships with customers. However, this strategy poses a risk to long-term business sustainability. A qualitative approach was used through interviews and observations to gain insight into the participants’ experiences. The findings reveal that the effectiveness of interpersonal communication is influenced by the clarity of information, the level of empathy, and the responsiveness demonstrated by customer service officers. Meanwhile, school principals contribute by providing accurate data and showing readiness to follow the required procedures. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the radio creative process is still intuitive and does not yet have systematic writing standards. The television program research approach has proven relevant for strengthening the structure of ideas, script flow, and the suitability of content to audience needs.
