Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concept of classroom management, the role of teachers, objectives, classroom management strategies, benefits, and their impact on learning effectiveness. The study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method, involving the examination of various sources such as scientific journals, books, and relevant documents. The research process was conducted through the stages of source selection, reference collection, in-depth review, and systematic data organization. The results of the study indicate that classroom management plays a crucial role in fostering effective learning by creating an orderly, comfortable, and conducive learning environment. Effective classroom management enhances student motivation, participation, and learning outcomes. The teacher’s role as a facilitator and classroom manager is a key factor in learning success, supported by the implementation of strategies such as establishing rules, using varied methods, and utilizing technology. Classroom management also contributes to the development of student discipline and learning behavior, as well as the improvement of learning quality and academic achievement. The conclusion indicates that effective classroom management needs to be continuously developed in an adaptive manner to support improvements in educational quality.
