This research was conducted to describe the implementation of the RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, Create) learning model on the collaboration and communication skills of Grade IV students at SD LPPN Bandung City. The background of this study is based on the low level of students' collaboration and communication skills, which are essential 21st-century competencies. The method used was classroom action research (CAR) with the Kemmis and McTaggart design, conducted in two cycles. The research subjects were 14 Grade IV students at SD LPPN Bandung City. Data collection instruments included observation sheets, collaboration and communication assessment rubrics, and questionnaires. The results showed that the implementation of the RADEC model significantly improved students' collaboration skills from an average score of 62,4 in the pre-cycle to 74,8 in Cycle I and 85,6 in Cycle II. Students' communication skills also improved from 60,2 to 72,5 and 83,7 in each cycle. These findings indicate that the Read and Answer stages foster independent learning readiness, while the Discuss and Explain stages activate meaningful collaborative and communicative interactions. The study concludes that the RADEC model is effective in improving collaboration and communication skills of elementary school students, making it suitable for broader implementation in primary schools
