This study examines the relevance and standards of mathematical problem-solving skills in the context of everyday life in the digital era. The main objective is to analyze how mathematical problem-solving skills contribute to the development of essential life skills, as well as to identify concrete examples of their application in decision-making and problem- solving in real situations. Using a qualitative descriptive analytical approach, data were collected through literature studies and observations of digital phenomena. The results show that understanding basic mathematical concepts such as ratio, percentage, probability, and logic is a crucial foundation for digital financial literacy, data-based decision-making, navigation, planning, and risk assessment in the digital environment. These findings reaffirm that mathematics is not just an abstract discipline, but an important practical tool for navigating the complexities of the digital era, thus contributing to the development of critical skills and intelligence in interacting with technology
